Cultural Transformation Workshop Scheduled at Charlotte Chamber of Commerce on November 9, 2004

LifeLead International, LLC ("LifeLead") announced the scheduling of a workshop at the Charltotte Chamber of Commerce for November 9, 2004. The workshop will be an overview of LifeLead's highly effective Cultural Transformation: Creating Optimal Results by Valuing Differences course.

Sponsored by LifeLead International, the purpose of the workshop is to give attendees a useful overview of concepts within the LifeLead Transformation Process™, a unique personal, team, and organizational development process which emphasizes diversity issues from both an ethical case (It's the right thing to do) and business case (It's the profitable thing to do). By focusing on root causes and the active and proactive cultural mental model of Valuing Differences, it goes far beyond passive awareness to actually creating value from those differences.
