Gray Training has been in business since 1987 and has built credibility as experts in the Training and Development industry. They have contracted with many international companies such as Transunion ITC, Inter-bank, Capital Alliance, BANKSETA, and many more. They were also the first company to bring ETDQA Accreditation to South Africa. Greg and Karen Gray have also been writers and presenters in several industry conferences, such as American Society for Training and Development.

Greg Gray is an internationally recognized expert in analysis and assessment while Karen Gray is known internationally for her talents in instructional design and professional writing. Both are pioneers in developing some of the world's most effective trainers. Iuan Gray is in charge of daily operations and has recently taken a key leadership role in the company.

The LifeLead International-Gray Training partnership has become one of trust, respect, and innovation. Greg and Karen will be co-developers of the new Journey to Newland Experience, a one-day simulation/game that is an upbeat, creative, high-energy way to teach transformational change.

Greg is also co-developing the assessment portion of Journey to Newland in alignment with the National Quality Standard, which provides international, portable credits toward educational diplomas throughout the world.

Karen is co-developer and co-author of the Journey to Newland Compass (facilitator guide) and other Journey to Newland materials.

One thing is for certain when LifeLead International and Gray Training get together in a development session: at least someone with a British accent will jump up and cry "Brilliant" as "high fives" are exchanged. Yes, "Brilliant" certainly describes the relationship and synergy in this partnership.
